Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs in a mobile field setting. You will work on light to heavy-duty vehicles, documenting work on RO and communicating with customers.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, tool proficiency, and independent scheduling. Remote work is possible within the U.S. with day shift hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in related field; 5+ years acceptable.
• Experience with refrigerated equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and PM on light to heavy vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain company vehicle and document work and parts used.
• Interact with clients to assess needs and provide estimates.
