Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile setting. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality maintenance.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, road testing, inventory management, and documentation using the TRAIT app. DOT compliance, ASE T8 certification within 18 months, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• HS diploma/GED with 3 years’ related field experience or 5 years in related field.
• Supply and use hand tools to perform required duties.
• DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance and DOT physical requirements.
• DOT background screen and a valid DOT medical card as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled PMs, DOT inspections, and repairs in field/mobile environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/braking/cooling systems and related components.
• Inspect, test, and verify vehicle performance; road test as needed.
• Maintain inventory on service truck and document findings in RO via TRAIT app.
• Obtain parts from approved vendors and communicate with management for approvals.
