Cox Fleet by Cox Automotive is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform licensed DOT inspections, PMs, and light to mid repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose electrical, fuel, cooling, and engine systems and document work using the TRAIT app on an iOS device.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma/GED, 3 years in related fields, ASE T8 within 18 months, and a valid DOT medical card; travel and independent scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with related field experience.
• Possess hand tools to perform required duties.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months and DOT screening ability.

Responsabilités

• Perform PMs, DOT inspections and repairs in a mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose, adjust, and repair truck equipment including electrical, brakes, cooling, engines.
• Document repairs and parts used on RO using the TRAIT app on iOS and upload photos.
• Maintain safety checks and drive the company service truck within standards.
