Zusammenfassung

Cox Fleet, the on-site mobile maintenance arm of Cox Automotive, is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs in a mobile/field environment across the United States.

The ideal candidate will handle diagnostics of electrical and diesel systems, maintain service records via the TRAIT app, and manage parts for efficient repairs, while adhering to DOT and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months is required.
• DOT regulations compliance and safety training are essential.

Aufgaben

• Perform DOT inspections and PM inspections on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on trucks and trailers.
• Maintain and document work with company iOS devices and TRAIT app.
• Manage parts inventory and vehicle safety checks for on-site service trucks.
