Cox Automotive is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform licensed DOT inspections, PMs, and light repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose, test, and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems while maintaining documentation on RO and TRAIT.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED with 3+ years' related experience and ASE T8 certification within 18 months, plus a valid CDL/driver’s license (21+). A DOT physical may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years related experience
• Must supply a set of hand tools
• ASE T8 certification within 18 months
• DOT pre-employment background check and DOT physical required
• Valid Driver's license; at least 21 years old
• Interstate operation authority requirements

Responsabilidades

• Perform DOT inspections and PMs on light, medium and heavy‑duty vehicles in a mobile/field setting
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, engine and driveline systems
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose malfunctions
• Manage parts inventory and service truck equipment
• Document work using Repair Orders and TRAIT via iOS devices
