Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light repairs on a mobile/field fleet. You will diagnose electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems, manage parts and documentation, and work with customers to meet service needs.

Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED with related experience (3 years, or 5 years alternative). ASE T8 certification within 18 months is required.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required with 3 years’ related experience, or 5 years’ related field experience.
• Possess a set of hand tools necessary to perform required duties.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PM and DOT inspections on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field environments.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs on electrical, brake, cooling, engine, and related systems.
• Diagnose, test, and repair truck equipment using appropriate tools and diagnostics.
