Cox Automotive is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II for its CoxFleet operations in the United States. The role requires DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light to medium/heavy‑duty repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will work a 11am–7pm shift, with weekends as needed, and travel as required.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months. A valid driver’s license and DOT prerequisites are required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and DOT inspections on light to heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs on electrical, braking, cooling, engine electronics, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and repair various truck equipment, test and inspect using diagnostic tools and handheld devices.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain and reconcile parts inventory and company service truck readiness.
