Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Mobile Diesel Tech II to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics and on-road repairs. You'll work with a fleet of trucks and trailers, using a company vehicle, and document findings via the TRAIT app.

This role emphasizes independent field work, safety compliance, and strong problem-solving within a 5-day-like weekly schedule. Benefits include growth opportunities and full benefits package.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related experience.
• DOT/FMCSA regulations knowledge and DOT physical readiness.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background/MVR checks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled PMs and DOT inspections on various trucks in field.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Inspect trailers and perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Document work and upload RO data via TRAIT app on iOS device.
• Maintain service truck and manage parts inventory; coordinate with management.
