You will handle activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations while contributing to store operations, merchandising, and a strong customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities include assisting with BYOD setup, SIM/eSIM configuration, and providing guidance on accessories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and educate customers on setup and options.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex device or service issues.
• Assist with password resets, transfers, and account security.
• Support on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories or add-ons.
