Responsibilities

• Mobile Activations & Customer Education: guide customers through device setup, BYOD, and accessories to drive adoption and revenue.
• Mobile Escalations: troubleshoot complex issues, secure accounts, replace devices, and navigate recoveries.
• Mobile Support: assist with transfers, password resets, SIM/eSIM activation, diagnostics, and returns per policy.
• On-Demand Delivery, BAPIS & XM Upsell: fulfill on-demand deliveries, stage handoffs, and upsell accessories or services.
• Assist with store operations, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, safe customer environment.
