Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Retail Service Associate to support store teams in delivering a best-in-class customer experience for mobile products and services. You will act as a go-to technical and operational resource, handling activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations while keeping the store clean and organized.

The role focuses on customer-focused service, upselling accessories, and efficient on-demand delivery processes within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Activations & Customer Education: provide a white-glove experience activating devices and educating customers.
• Mobile Escalations: troubleshoot and resolve complex device issues and assist with account security.
• Mobile Support: help customers transfer data, reset passwords, activate SIM/eSIM, and diagnose issues.
• On-Demand Delivery, BAPIS & XM Upsell: fulfill deliveries and upsell accessories/add-ons.
• Secondary Responsibilities: demonstrate devices and features to enhance value during downtime.
• Operations Support: store merchandising, visual standards, and back-of-house organization.
• Express Transactions: process device swaps and returns efficiently.
