Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across HVAC, building systems, and equipment. The role requires traveling to various site locations, ensuring reliability and safety while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, preventive maintenance, and inspections to meet client specs. Strong knowledge of building operations and safety standards is essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4–5 years’ related experience; Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and control systems to keep facilities compliant.
• Review work orders; estimate time and materials; maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment operates as designed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure environmental conditions meet client specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles to perform daily tasks.
• Apply expert knowledge to solve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
