Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running smoothly across HVAC, building systems, and equipment. You will perform hands-on maintenance, review work orders, and implement preventive programs to maximize reliability and safety.

This on-site role requires 4–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or trade school, and a valid driver’s license. CBRE offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school required; combination with experience considered
• Universal CFC certification required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety and control systems
• Review work orders; estimate time and materials; manage supplies and tools
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and safety
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation meets design and environmental specs
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues across related disciplines
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values to reach consensus
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and project activities within teams
• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly
