Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running smoothly across HVAC, building systems, and equipment. You’ll perform hands-on maintenance, review work orders, and implement preventive programs to maximize reliability and safety on-site.

You’ll oversee a range of systems, collaborate with teams, and coach others while adhering to CBRE policies. A valid driver's license and Universal CFC certification are required, with strong MS Office skills and physical ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; trade school preferred and 4–5 years of related experience.
• Certified in Universal CFC; valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to supervise others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders; estimate time/materials; manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance to meet design specs and life of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regs, and CBRE directives.
• Operate company vehicles; provide innovative solutions and mentor others.
