Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

You will support the Engineering and Technical Services function by maintaining and repairing equipment and systems to ensure safety and reliability. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems, reviewing work orders, estimating resources, and implementing preventive maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment meets design specs and environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation within design capabilities.
