Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running smoothly across HVAC, building systems, and equipment.

You will perform hands-on maintenance, respond to issues, and drive preventive care while ensuring safety and reliability across sites in the LA area. The role requires a high school diploma or trade training, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma with relevant experience; combo considered.
• Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Past supervisory experience preferred and demonstrated safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory of supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles and share knowledge across related disciplines.
