Job summary

CBRE seeks a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running smoothly with hands-on maintenance of HVAC, building systems, and equipment. You’ll review work orders, estimate materials, and implement preventive maintenance to meet design specs and safety standards.

Candidate should have a high school or trade diploma with 4–5 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and CFC certification. Role includes on-site work and potential supervisory duties within CBRE teams.

Qualifications

• High school or trade qualification with facility maintenance experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Shift supervisor experience preferred or prior supervisory exposure.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to assess safety and compliance for building operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and client environmental standards.
• Operate company vehicles and share knowledge with team members.
• Provide guidance and model CBRE RISE values in daily work.
