Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running smoothly across HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. You’ll perform hands-on maintenance, respond to issues on-site, and help ensure safety and reliability in client environments.

You’ll review work orders, estimate materials, maintain tools, and implement preventive maintenance programs. The role requires a valid driver’s license, Universal CFC certification, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate in safety-compliant building environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure building systems meet design specifications and environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work responsibilities.
