Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with analyzing information to exercise sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to take a new perspective on solutions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily responsibilities.
• Lead by example and coach others in relevant disciplines.
• Explain complex information clearly to teams and clients.
