Job summary

The Comcast Savannah store is seeking a dedicated Mobile Retail Service Associate to support the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile activations, education, and transactional activities. You will assist with device setups, SIM/eSIM configurations, password resets, and issue escalations while maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

A high school diploma is required; base pay starts at $15 per hour with opportunities for upsell and bonuses based

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Activate and educate customers on new devices and BYOD to the network.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues; assist with escalations.
• Assist customers with transferring data, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations.
• Support with merchandising, store readiness, and on-demand deliveries/upsell opportunities.
