Comcast is seeking a Mobile Retail Service Associate to support in-store customer experiences. You’ll handle mobile activations, device education, and basic troubleshooting, acting as a go-to tech and service resource for customers.

You’ll manage activations for devices, BYOD, wearables, and SIM/eSIM setups, while guiding customers through accessories and adding value with upsell opportunities. Maintain clean, organized store areas and help with on-demand deliveries.
