Comcast is seeking a Mobile Retail Service Associate to support store teams with a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, activation, education, and troubleshooting. You will act as a go-to technical resource and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment while assisting customers with device setup and account security.

In this role you will perform activations, transfers, password resets, and warranty related tasks, while identifying opportunities to upsell accessories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
