Qualifications

• 0-2 years work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Activate mobile devices and BYOD, guide tablet setup, and educate about accessories.
• Troubleshoot device or service issues and assist with account security and recoveries.
• Assist with transfers, password resets, SIM/eSIM activation, and in-store transactions.
