Job summary

Comcast Corporation is hiring a Mobile Retail Service Associate to support the store team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities. The RSA will activate new devices, educate customers on features and accessories, and assist with account security, device replacements, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and guide BYOD setup for customers.
• Educate customers on accessories to drive incremental revenue.
• Troubleshoot device issues and assist with account security and recoveries.
• Process returns/exchanges in line with company policies.
