Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Activate and educate customers on mobile products and BYOD.
• Troubleshoot device or service issues and handle escalations.
• Assist with transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM setup.
• Support on-demand deliveries, upsell accessories, and returns.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with policies.
