Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Customer-Focused Mobile Associate to support the store team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will assist with activations, education, and basic device setup while maintaining inventory and store presentation.

Responsibilities include activation and BYOD support, upselling accessories, handling escalations, and providing strong customer service. Emphasis on digital tools and Comcast operating principles to drive excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn Comcast products and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and BYOD setups for customers.
• Guide tablet setup and connectivity options.
• Assist with activation and pairing of wearables.
• Educate on accessories to upsell for enhanced experience.
• Troubleshoot device or service issues and assist with escalations.
• Process returns or exchanges per policy.
