Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in the Personalization and Insights team to drive ML-powered personalization across channels. You will translate research and analytics into clear roadmaps, partner with data science, ML engineering, and business stakeholders, and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experiences.

You will lead experiments, frame hypotheses, and help operationalize scalable model lifecycle infrastructure while upholding privacy and fairness standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle and discovery.
• Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Manager to identify opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Translate research into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead personalization and next-best-action initiatives with experiments and impact measurement.
• Coordinate with data scientists and engineers across design, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Manage backlog grooming and sprint execution from discovery to launch.
