Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Director to lead personalization and customer insights, shaping data platform products and integrations. You will guide voice of the customer, coordinate with data scientists and engineers, and ensure scalable, compliant product growth across marketing and servicing channels.

You will drive ML-powered customization, establish KPIs, shepherd roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences while upholding privacy and fairness

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Influence product life cycle activities from discovery to value management.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap, vision, development, and growth targets.
• Leads end-to-end product life cycle across discovery, launch, and improvement.
• Mentors the product team on best practices like market research and prototyping.
• Drives ML-powered personalization and next-best-action across channels.
