Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate to lead ML-powered personalization initiatives and next-best-action capabilities across multiple channels. You will translate research and analytics into clear roadmaps, partnering with data science, engineering, and business teams to prioritize opportunities and iterate on features.

You will drive experiments, design and measure impact, and ensure scalable model lifecycle infrastructure while upholding privacy and fairness standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a related domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Working knowledge of data analytics and data literacy; familiarity with modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs.
• Consider and plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap and value-driven features.
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics across the development life cycle (time, cost, quality).
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Coordinate with data scientists and engineers across design, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define API-first, event-driven cloud approaches for context and signals; track product metrics.
