Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Director for Personalization & Customer Insights to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML-powered personalization and next-best-action capabilities across marketing and servicing channels.

You will translate research into clear roadmaps and partner with Engineers and Data Scientists to design and iterate features, running experiments to validate impact while upholding privacy, consent, and fairness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-powered products to production in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to translate user research and analytics into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated success with personalization and next-best-action across channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap and drives execution to meet growth targets.
• Leads end-to-end product life cycle and mentors the product team.
• Leads ML-powered personalization initiatives for marketing and servicing; frames hypotheses and measures impact.
• Collaborates with Data Scientists and Engineers across design, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Champions API-first architecture on cloud, tracks KPIs, and ensures scalable delivery.
