Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
• Proven coaching and mentoring record with employees who grew, shipped more, or elevated standards.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.
• Ability to discuss complex technical issues with agency IT and command staff.
• Experience owning outcomes across multiple accounts and portfolios.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and simplifying technical concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment health, adoption, and time-to-value; monitor escalation trends.
• Serve as senior partner for command staff, agency IT, and Axon leaders during incidents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success to align on customer needs.
• Provide structured field insights to Product and Engineering about adoption drivers and platform improvements.
