Job summary

Axon is seeking a field-focused professional to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic accounts, embedding onsite and delivering production-ready solutions. You will drive deployments, adoption, and continuous improvements directly with agencies in mission-critical environments.

You will build and deploy AI-enabled workflows, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Sales, and maintain strong relationships with agency leadership to drive adoption and measurable mission

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management.
• Experience in operational transformation and complex deployment environments.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders, including command staff.
• CJIS compliance awareness or ability to obtain/maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform to enable end-to-end outcomes onsite.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns.
• Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership.
• Maintain onsite presence ~3–4 days/week and track mission impact metrics.
