Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Leader for Mission Engineering to guide a field team delivering deployment health, adoption, and value across agencies in the Southeast region. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into practical field solutions.

You will mentor Mission Engineers and TAMs, drive technical execution, and ensure CJIS compliance while expanding our AI-enabled platform adoption in public safety environments.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
• A coaching and mentoring record you are proud of: people who grew, shipped more, or raised the standard.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.
• Experience owning outcomes across a portfolio with multiple accounts and engagement models.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes: deployment health, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Lead and mentor a field team of Mission Engineers and TAMs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success.
• Provide field insights to Product and Engineering about adoption and platform improvements.
