You will work in a fast-paced environment, using Salesforce and standard sales tools, and participate in a commission-based incentive plan tied to training and retail performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a call center.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems.
• Strong influence and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for course and store product inquiries.
• Identify needs and upsell training and retail products.
• Process orders via Sales systems and credit card transactions.
• Document cases in Salesforce.
• Achieve Training revenue and Retail revenue targets annually.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions.
