Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to sell registrations for community training classes and Red Cross Store products. You will handle inbound calls, assess customer needs, and guide them to the best training and products.

Target revenue responsibilities include training revenue of 325K and Store revenue of 80K annually. The role offers an hourly wage with commission incentives, and compensation aligns with geographic location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED; higher education is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a Call Center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and upsell trainings and Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover customer training and product needs.
• Recommend and sell training classes and Store products based on needs.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders in sales systems.
• Document and update cases in Salesforce.
• Attain Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K annually.
