Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to design and develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces for mission-critical applications. This role bridges design and engineering, delivering production-ready front-end solutions while collaborating with backend engineers and product owners.

The ideal candidate has strong UX principles, front-end development experience with React/Angular, and is capable of translating complex workflows into clean interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering or related field.
• Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular).
• Demonstrated experience designing user-centered interfaces for complex applications.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability and interaction design.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
