Job summary

Noetic Strategies, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to design and implement user-centric interfaces for mission-critical applications. You will bridge UX design with front-end engineering, collaborating with backend teams and stakeholders in an Agile, DevSecOps environment.

Requirements include US citizenship, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and 4–8 years of relevant experience (or 2–6 years with a master's). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing user-centered interfaces for complex applications.
• Understanding of user experience principles, usability, and interaction design.

Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design and Development: Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web-based applications.
• User Experience Optimization: Translate complex workflows into efficient user experiences that improve usability.
• Front-End Development: Build, maintain, and enhance front-end components using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Usability and Accessibility: Apply usability standards and accessibility best practices throughout the design and development process.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain consistent design patterns, reusable components, and style guides.
• User Research and Feedback: Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve interface design and functionality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with backend engineers, product teams, stakeholders, and end users to align interface designs with system capabilities and mission requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Improve front-end performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
