DCCA is seeking a UI/UX Designer with active TS/SCI w/Poly to join our team in Virginia. You will lead user research, create personas and journey maps, and deliver enterprise-grade designs for government and commercial projects.

You will collaborate with frontend developers to implement responsive, accessible interfaces in React, while aligning with SAFe practices and Design Systems. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of enterprise UX experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a

5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.js impact on design
Experience applying Human-Centered Design principles
Security clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end design process with user research, personas and journey maps
Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
Plan and facilitate usability testing with federal stakeholders
Collaborate with Frontend Developers to ensure feasible, responsive designs in React
Ensure accessibility per Section 508, WCAG and agency standards
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Contribute to SAFe Agile processes and ART deliverables
