ACCESS is seeking a highly organized Dispatch & Service Coordinator to become the operational hub of our growing service team in Neenah, WI. You’ll coordinate field technicians, manage service schedules, and keep customers informed to ensure work moves efficiently from request to completion.

This role emphasizes scheduling puzzles, proactive communication, and cross‑functional collaboration with technicians, parts personnel, and service leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience dispatching or scheduling field technicians, service personnel, drivers, or crews.
• Experience balancing multiple schedules and competing priorities.
• Experience building estimates, proposals, quotes, or service-related administrative documents.
• Strong customer communication and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for field service technicians.
• Assign work based on technician skillsets, availability, and customer needs.
• Adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities change.
• Handle emergency service dispatch requests.
• Monitor job progress and help resolve scheduling conflicts.
