Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions seeks a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our Commercial Service Technicians and Service Operations team. You’ll own day-to-day coordination of technician schedules within an assigned geographic area, balancing customer needs, technician capacity, planned maintenance, demand service, and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations.
• Ability to evaluate competing priorities and adjust plans while keeping the right people informed.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate information while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, service operations, or a similar coordination role is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC or commercial building systems is helpful, but not required. We'll help you learn the industry.
