Job summary

U.S. Engineering seeks a Service Coordinator to efficiently coordinate dispatch, schedules, and service calls while delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the communications hub for customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

The role requires strong multitasking, customer service, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Office-based position with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility. No travel required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; accounting coursework a plus.
• 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (dispatch, operations, or accounting support).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch and work orders to ensure timely service delivery and proper documentation.
• Act as primary contact for operations and technicians within the region.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and service calls using the Dispatch Board.
• Ensure accurate client and job setup in operational software; open/close work orders.
