Job summary

Compu Dynamics is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, dispatch, and customer communications for the service division. You will own the service schedule, route calls, dispatch technicians, and coordinate with superintendents and account managers on logistics and access.

This role requires strong planning, clear communication, and experience with ERP/CRM systems, plus familiarity with data center or secure facility access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service operations, dispatch, or field service coordination.
• Experience managing schedules and manpower across multiple crews or teams.
• Experience with work order, ERP, or scheduling systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, Procore or Corrigo.
• Familiarity with data center or secure facility access requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service calls and route to the right team based on work type, urgency, and customer.
• Dispatch technicians and ensure complete job information accompanies every dispatch.
• Communicate with customers to set up service and testing schedules, confirm visits, and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate with superintendents on logistics and access for service projects.
• Plan and balance manpower across service calls, projects, and testing work.
• Arrange building access and site security procedures for technicians.
