Job summary

Motorola Solutions is recruiting a Sales Specialist to lead complex sales engagements in emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient, modern public safety operations, focusing on logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions.

The role requires 1+ years in sales or 4+ years in public safety-related roles, with travel up to 50%. Base salary ranges mid-$60Ks to mid-$90Ks, with strong OTE expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer success, military or public safety experience.
• Alternate track: 4+ years in sales, customer success, military or public safety.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with strong Salesforce hygiene.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Demonstrate software capabilities including incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
