Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue for logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions within emergency dispatch environments. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders, manage complex bids, and collaborate with major vendors to deliver integrated, scalable public safety solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in public safety sales or 4+ years in related roles, with CJIS and NG911 familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 50% across the United

Qualifications

• Bachelor or 4+ years in sales, public safety, or military fields.
• 1+ year selling technology to public safety agencies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P25, NG911, and CJIS security policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed vertical sales quotas with transparency.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and target new logos.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions for client goals.
• Prospect 911 directors and city/county buyers for opportunities.
• Lead RFP responses and coordinate with vendors for integrations.
• Present demonstrations of incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Close long-term RaaS contracts and expand systems.
