Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient public safety operations.

Lead complex engagements, manage procurement cycles, and position integrated solutions with major vendors. This role requires travel up to 50% across the United States and a strong foundation in public safety technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years in sales or 4+ years in sales/public safety.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities is preferred.
• Knowledge of CJIS security policies and retention laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and develop new logos.
• Forecast revenue pipelines and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
• Design modern security solutions aligned with client goals.
• Identify and engage 911 directors and city/county purchasers.
• Lead RFP responses and coordinate with vendors for integrations.
• Present live demonstrations of incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion opportunities.
