Motorola Solutions seeks a high-energy Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for emergency dispatch centers across the United States. You will guide 911 PSAPs, municipal decision-makers, and IT leaders toward resilient public safety operations while navigating procurement cycles.

You will lead complex engagements, forecast revenue, and collaborate with partners to deliver integrated security and recording solutions, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year in sales, customer success, military, or public safety.
• Or 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military, or public safety.
• Industry experience selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Technical acumen: P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws.

Aufgaben

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota.
• Penetrate strategic prospect accounts and lead complex sales efforts.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design modern security solutions to mitigate risk exposure.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
• Lead end-to-end technical responses for government bids, RFPs, RFQs.
• Partner with major radio and telephony vendors to position integrated solutions.
• Demonstrate software capabilities like incident reconstruction and AI speech analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and system expansion revenue.
• Operate productively across the United States with independence.
