Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion advanced logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers across the United States. You will guide 911 PSAPs, municipal decision-makers, and IT leaders toward a resilient public safety foundation, leading complex engagements and government bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of sales, customer success, military or public safety experience or 4+ years in the same areas.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment: achieve or exceed sales quota.
• Strategic account penetration: target new logos and lead complex sales efforts.
• Pipeline forecasting with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Consultative solution design to meet client goals and mitigate risk.
• Public safety prospecting: engage 911 directors and city/county buyers.
• Consultative selling: assess needs for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• RFP excellence: lead end-to-end responses for government bids.
• Ecosystem integration with major radio and telephony vendors.
• Live demonstrations of software capabilities (recording, analytics).
• Contract management for long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
• Vertical-alignment strategy across the United States.
