Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks an Account Executive to lead sales of logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions to public safety agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient modern safety operations.

You will manage complex government sales cycles, coordinate with partners, deliver live demonstrations, and respond to RFPs while expanding RaaS contracts across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/public safety.
• 4+ years in sales/public safety or 6+ years in sales/public safety.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment: meet or exceed vertical sales quotas.
• Strategic account penetration: win new logos and lead multi-layered deals.
• Pipeline forecasting: accurate revenue forecasts with Salesforce hygiene.
• Consultative solution design: tailor security solutions to client goals.
• Public safety prospecting: engage 911 directors and procurement offices.
• RFP and contract management: lead responses and secure long-term contracts.
