Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal leaders to build a resilient foundation for modern public safety operations.

You will lead complex government sales engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and partner with major vendors to deliver integrated security solutions while expanding RaaS contracts across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years in sales or public safety
• OR 6+ years in sales or public safety experience
• Experience selling to public safety agencies or municipalities preferred
• Technical understanding of P25/SIP-VoIP logging and NG911 standards is beneficial
• Familiarity with CJIS policies and state public records laws is helpful
• Proven track record navigating long government sales cycles (6–18 months)

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and acquire new logos.
• Forecast pipelines accurately with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Identify 911 directors and city/county purchasing decision-makers.
