Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to lead complex sales for logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions within U.S. public safety agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal leaders toward resilient, modern security operations.

You will own end-to-end deals, navigate procurement cycles, and partner with major vendors to position integrated solutions while driving revenue growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of public safety sales experience.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or local governments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of public safety networks and procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quotas across target verticals.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and develop new logos.
• Forecast revenue accurately with Salesforce hygiene.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Identify 911 directors and city/county decision-makers and build relationships.
• Lead RFP responses and coordinate multi-vendor integrations.
• Present software capabilities including analytics and recording solutions.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expandable deployments.
